The majority of Perficient’s business development team is scattered across the country, managing multiple prospects and opportunities, with little to go on other than what they’ve learned to date and what Perficient is able to offer them, from a standards and guidelines perspective.
Consequently, there was little uniformity or process to how sales were managed. However, our solution was to provide an intuitive user experience, intelligent information architecture, and simplified work-flow for creating opportunities and estimating the work.

Our work at Humana spanned 3 years onsite in Louisville, Kentucky.We provided industry expertise and design/dev execution, in close collaboration with Humana Digital.
As a result of our success, our team grew 5-fold. Together, we overhauled numerous web properties and integrations related to Members.
As my primary role was front-end development creating html components integrated into Sitecore libraries. I also managed the design to develop hand-off, ironing out any integration issues with back-end and offshore teams.
Contribution
Both the UX and UI teams worked on-site in parallel defining, designing and eventually developing the new member portal, starting with Mobile first.
This was a 2yr on-site engagement in Minnesota working directly with both teams marketing and portal
